The Spring Valley, OH Council consists of 6 members and is lead by the Mayor.

Each member and the mayor have a 4 year term.

One half of the council (4 members) are elected every 2 years.

The Mayor and the Clerk position and (2 Council members) are elected every 4 years.

The Village Clerk is an elected position and has a 4 year term.

Hired Positions

Village Administrator and Water Supervisor. (These are two positions but are currently filled by a single individual)
